Hi, My name is Andrew Espie-Whitburn and I am a Wellness Coach. Located Far North Queensland at Mission Beach I specialise in working with clients with mental health & and lifestyle related health issues to find the solution to their problem.

Diet is a large part of wellness and impacts both mental and physical aspects of clients lives, with most inflammatory diseases being the result of lifestyle choices in food & lack of exercise. These too impact mental wellness with mental issues also having a deeper underlying cause of negative beliefs that we hold about ourselves and life.

What is the difference between Wellness Coach & Other Therapies?

All therapies are essentially different approaches or methods towards achieving the same outcomes, for the client to improve the quality of their life.
Unfortunately many people do not obtain this outcome, and that includes myself before I took charge to get the results I wanted outside of conventional therapies.

There are 3 main areas of everyone’s lives that need to balanced in order to improve or maintain a joyful fulfilling healthy life. Our current society with the many stresses and strains often results in imbalance in people, with physical and mental problems that then arise as symptoms in peoples lives. Psychiatry relies heavily on medications for everything to treat symptoms, however, medications attempt to treat a person on a chemical biological level, to make clients feel better, not necessarily be better as this does not address underlying causes

Working with me together, I can help you work towards identifying the causes of the symptoms of your own life, then work with you to resolve the issues related to them.
